Project Manager, Cxo Tech Advisory

As a Project Manager in CxO Tech Advisory practice, you will work with dynamic team members and cross-functional teams of experts to effectively run and manage agile projects and offer an objective, professional approach to managing associated risks. You will have a variety of opportunities to gain exposure to an international network of consulting professionals and deliver impactful transformations for high-profile organizations. You will play a crucial role in the team to co-develop KPMG's propositions in transformation advisory, strengthen our approaches and capabilities to go to market.
**The role involves**:
- Lead the delivery of technology-enabled transformation projects with our clients:
- Set up project team structure, plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, control scope, quality and manage stakeholders throughout the project execution
- Guide and manage the delivery activities/dependencies with project team members, cultivate a positive environment for team members to perform and collaborate
- Work closely with clients, demonstrate professional knowledge to ensure that the deliverables are of the highest calibre with client satisfaction
- Evaluate, manage deliveries and performance of vendors and suppliers
- Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes
- Provide coaching and consultancy in the area of Agile transformation, IT project management and governance, project risk management, change management
- Support business development activities, develop consulting proposals and influence clients' delivery model
- Contribute to KPMG's go-to-market strategy and thought leadership for clients around agile and modern delivery models, project management and governance
- **Tertiary Qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Finance, Business Management or equivalent**:
- **A least 5 years of experience in enterprise-grade IT project implementation, with at least 3 years of experience working as a Project Manager/Scrum Master managing agile projects**:
- **Proven track record of successfully leading IT projects throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), managing complex projects such as large-scale or multi-workstream deliveries, core system implementation, critical solution/product rollouts**:
- **Profound knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, IT project management best practices, techniques and software tools**:
- **Strong client, stakeholder and team management abilities coupled with excellent communication, written, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills**:
- **Technical background and/or having practical knowledge in cloud, data and other emerging technologies will be an added advantage**:
- **Working experience in consulting, system integration, government, banking or fintech environment will be an added advantage**:
- **Related professional certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), will be an added advantage
