**Our client is one of the leading key players in property development & construction company with a broad portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial, retail and mixed-use developments. They are currently seeking for Property Admin & Marketing Executive to assist their operation.**

**JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)**
- Provides support to the team and department
- Maintaining the leasing & marketing databases and handle leasing enquiries
- Preparation of lease admin documentations and other related documents
- Provide support for meetings and preparation of reports.
- Track and ensure timely follow up of financial transactions such as tenancy arrears, refund of security amount, etc
- Any other administrative duties assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma in Building Estate Management, Business Administration or its equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience are preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Good communication and written skills
