INSEAD is currently recruiting for the position of **Technical Lead (LMS) **. This is a role within our IT Department and will be a **full-time and permanent position based at our Asia Campus in one-north, Singapore **.

The LMS product primarily focuses on maintenance and support of Canvas LMS (Learning Management system) instance of INSEAD that utilizes several LTI plugins available in the market as well as software and that we have integrated. The position holder is expected to be the technical reference of all solutions being used and to be proposed for LMS product. The position holder is expected to lead, guide and develop solutions relating to other components we have within the product (LMS Admin, MyAttendance, Kaltura, TimeEdit, Zoom, and various LTI integrations)

Key Responsibilities:

- Design a prototype to validate the needs of the business users and end users which will help determine a realistic work effort estimate and timeline.
- Documentation for the features completed within the sprint and ensure that key deliverables are clearly explained. Meeting walkthrough, user guides, screenshot, video may aid the documentation process.
- Identify the potential solutions available in the market and assess them with other technical leads for both technical and business suitability. This will need to be presented as a proposal in the Architecture Review Group (ARG)
- Adherence to policies, standards and best practices to guarantee respect of planning, risk management, guidelines. In particular CyberSecurity, Data, Legal, Change Management, Incident Management, Software Quality compliance.
- Inform and Flag Risks and problems concerning timing and resources. Reports on a regular basis the progress of the development to respective Line Manager, Project manager and Product Owner.
- Execution and Deployment ensures that the deliverable has a smooth transition through the development (DEV/Local), integration (INT), user acceptance testing (UAT) and production (PRD/Live) environments.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Educational Technology, Information Systems Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical lead role related to learning management systems (LMS). Additionally, having at least 1 year of work experience in the education or EdTech sector will be added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer orientation
- Experienced in stakeholder management and solving the needs of a business.
- Work experience in an international and fast-paced setting.
