The Opportunity:
In this role you will:
- Lead a team of cost managers, project control specialists and others, with responsibility for ensuring the delivery of projects in the life sciences sector to the highest technical standards
- Manage project costs, timelines and logistics for the SE Asia Life Sciences project portfolio, implementing value engineering and ensuring projects are delivered on time and with value for money
- Collaborate closely with project teams to implement tools and methodologies that ensure ongoing progress reporting and risk management
- Use your business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clients through partnership and trust
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have grown your experience in the Life Sciences sector over the last 10 - 15 years
- Have demonstrated experience across cost, schedule and risk control
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar discipline
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- Are detail oriented and quality focused
- Have a passion for building your team and developing and encouraging your employees
- Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
- Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
