**Job Description**:
- **
- Lead the local Management Team, giving the direction and ensuring that they are leading their division/ departments accordingly with the local strategy.
- Ensure compliance with the Group Corporate Governances and local Regulations.
- Continue the development of profitable growth by managing, executing, and monitoring business development, sales and service activities.
- Work together with the Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to set the market development priorities.
- Give strategic advice and report results and findings to the Group CEO.
- Ensure employees move in the same strategic direction to achieve its mission.
- Create and report on business plans, monitoring its efficacy and progress.
- Remain close to all stakeholders including the Group CEO, staff, clients, key-decision makers, and external service suppliers.
- Research and implement new initiatives to drive revenue and operational excellence.
- Continuous monitoring of the annual budget and ensure that revenue targets are met.
- Promote the wellness of staff and implementing policies in line with labour legislation and health and safety guidelines to create a diverse and positive working environment.
- Responsible for communicating effectively with the Group CEO and providing, in a timely and accurate manner, all information necessary for the Group CEO to function properly and to make informed decisions.
- Work with Group CEO to ensure all Board meetings and Board resolutions comply with Singapore laws and are submitted to the appropriate authorities on Organization Mission, Communications, Strategy and Public Relations.
- Responsible for the enhancement of the organisation image by being active and visible in the community, working with other entities to enhance the organisation public image.
- Occasionally serving as the organisation primary spokesperson to the organization’s constituents, the media, and the general public Financial Performance.
- Ensure that accounting books accurately reflect the financial position of the company.
- Responsible for the statutory annual financial audit and tax matters.
- Establishes and implements employment and administrative policies and procedures for all functions and for the day-to-day operation of the organization.
**Job Requirements**
- Degree/ Master in a Business or related field.
- Successfully build and manage a diverse group of employees.
- Achieve company growth projections and targets in a dynamic and competitive environment.
- Manage operations and adapt processes within time and budgets.
- Be a strong team leader with a pragmatic approach in getting the best out of your talent.
- Build and nurture trust with teams, customers, and external suppliers
