We were established to reinvent banking, as the significant technological disruptions to the industry was impacting its ability to serve clients and customers, in the ways they needed to be served.- We are a unique ecosystem of innovators, banking experts, business builders and partners who are focused on rewiring the DNA in banking and bringing breakthrough ideas to scale, together.- We are building ecosystems around four high conviction themes: Online Economy & Lifestyle, SMEs & World Trade, Digital Assets, and Sustainability & Inclusion.- We are a global team of "Members" (excluding individual ventures), including dedicated colleagues from the Group's support functions, based in Singapore, Hong Kong, London, and the United Arab Emirates.- - Develop deep understanding of the Fintech market through customer surveys, and competitor analysis- - Collaborate with Fintech companies, and aligning with business objectives in consultation with key stakeholders across the bank and ventures- - Develop and launch new features with relevant value proposition to help address needs of targeted Fintech ecosystem- - Work closely with the design and development team to ensure the product experience exceeds user expectations- - Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to ensure Fintech Bridge product offering is best in class- - Collaborate across functions to develop partnerships, work towards a seamless and frictionless experience- - You will assist in overseeing and managing the Fintech Bridge platform with the aim of delivering a best-in-class experience to the Fintech community.- - Collaborate with stakeholders to craft vision and concept development of Fintech ecosystem- - Chair demand management and sprint retrospective meetings.- - Provide steer for product prioritization and sprint planning.- - Manage product backlog by ensuring prioritization based on overall strategy, stakeholder requirements, and availability of time and budget.- - Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle from planning and execution to sprint reviews.- - Work with development teams to refine and improve processes.- - Monitor and evaluate product progress at all stages.- - Ensure sprint progress reporting and quality assurance of final products prior to go-live- - Assume maintenance ownership of the platform, including monitoring of performance and availability.- - Support with timely resolution of user queries or escalations and help deliver necessary process improvements.- - Work toward continued improvement of user experience; and build the Fintech ecosystem**Key Stakeholders**- SC Ventures Members- - SC CIO & COO teams- - Technology team- - Over 10 years of building products at scale and managing product teams- - Outstanding executive-level verbal and written communication skills- - Detail orientated; superior problem solving and organizational and skills; and an ability to ideate, conceptualize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects.- - Ability to define product metrics relevant for influencing the success of the product for opportunities- - Experience in card product management is an added advantage- - Sharp business acumen including ability to assess risk and reward trade-offs.- - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to understand and derive insights from data- - In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Life Cycles- - Proven track record of managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle (PDLC) for complex, large-scale initiatives**About Standard Chartered** - We're an international bank, nimble enough to act, big enough for impact.
