**Key Responsibilities:
Acquire, develop, and retain new-to-firm clients through various sources, including but not limited to, High Net-worth investors, Family Offices, Institutional, etc.

Execute Client Acquisition, Business Development, and Relationship Management functions to build the firm’s overall Assets-Under-Management (AUM) for its products and services.

Lead the planning, development, and execution of Investor Relations strategies and initiatives for the firm.

Serve as the main point of communication and contact for investors’ queries.

Garner timely feedback from investors to generate fresh ideas and initiatives for the prospecting, client servicing, and development of new products and services.

Prepare and compile investment documents and collaterals for investors, including company information, investment strategies or outlook for the quarter or the year, and financial / investment statements.

Collaborate with the Operations & Compliance function for all relevant matters pertaining to client onboarding KYC / AML process and account management in accordance with the firm’s regulatory compliance and due diligence framework.

Any other relevant areas that the firm requires assistance in.

**Key Requirements:
**Comprehensive Business Plan (target US$10m - 20m AUM in first year)
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in an Asset Management, Private Wealth, Private Clients, Business Development, or related function.

Bachelor's Degree.
