**The Essence of this Role**

We are looking for a brilliant middle weight Product Designer who can make our products stand
- out; consistently produce great work; and be the design guardian. You'll be a supportive team player to a fast-moving, dynamic team across all departments, working closely with our Product and Engineering teams.

**What You'll Do**

You'll be involved in forming, understanding and communicating Affinidi's product strategy as it changes and evolves with contact with customers.

You will:

- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions from a design perspective in collaboration with engineering, product and business development teams
- Be the voice of our customers, preparing for and conducting quantitative and ethnographic research to deeply understand customer needs and behaviours
- Summarize relevant research insights, complete these with data analytics, and collaborate with teams to make actionable design decisions
- Structure and communicate our customer understanding by creating personas, customer journeys and service blueprints
- Use design thinking techniques for the development of products features, customising user experience and overall service design
- Implement, maintain and evolve Affinidi's product design using well-defined design strategies
- Be involved in multi-disciplinary design sprints, involving wireframing, prototype designing and hand-over to engineering team
- Deep knowledge and experience of UX design & research
- Significant track record shaping real-world user experiences and delivering tangible products and services to market, with at least 2 years of experience designing products from conceptualisation to continuous improvement in market
- You have collaborated with Product and Engineering in various aspects with strong influence on decision making
- Detail-oriented with an outstanding portfolio of work demonstrating strong end-to-end design competences across a diverse range of projects

**Bonus points if**:

- B2B product design experience
- Experience with blockchain technology
- Fluent with modern front-end development
