**Roles & Responsibilities**

Digital Technology Office (DTO) is tasked with digital transformation of the business and running day to day IT operations. This role is part of the Integrated Technology Services and requires a diverse and flexible skillset for supporting the wide set of services. We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist in the support of our services at one of the most critical connections points with our business units. Our goal is to deliver excellent technical/non-technical support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction and timeliness.
- Ensure the high level of customer service in a collaborative environment with a keen focus on helping people resolve issues and problem as the first point of contact at the IT Services (i.e. Helpdesk).
- Troubleshoot or escalate issues and requests in a timely manner while communication clearly and proactively throughout the customer’s experience until resolved.
- Install, modify and update drivers, operating system and computer software.
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure of incident tickets and service requests while gaining the knowledge and experience on IT Services procedures, products and services.
- Management of tickets, end-to-end, using cloud based IT Service Management Software.
- Maintain an inventory list of computer systems, software, and peripherals using Asset Management tool and Excel.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring for a team of 2-3 people within a technical support environment.
- Observe and comply with Constellar’s policies and procedures in compliance with organization aims and objectives.
- Support Events for IT related request such as provision of IT devices, printing, network and WIFI.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Engineering
- Proven relationship skills that carry across the technical spectrum and multiple geographical locations
- At least 4 years of experience in support and troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS including mobile devices (iOS and Android mobile operating systems)
- At least 4 years of experience with setup and configuration of end-user desktop and laptop computer hardware, software, phones and peripherals (photocopiers, printers, and LED signages).
- Able to work proficiently with mínimal daily guidance and bring mature seasoned skills.
- May required to work after office hours or weekend due to event support and project implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Add advantage with Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate on Windows 10 and/or AppleCare Mac Technician (ACMT)
