**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:

- Perform routine microbiological sampling and testing for Environmental Monitoring; Non-viable air sampling and viable air and surface testing, growth promotion test
- Perform microbial and endotoxin testing on product, process water.
- Perform data compiling and trending on testing results.
- Responsible for maintaining sufficient reagents and supplies and maintaining the equipment in good working conditions in a calibrated and validated status.
- Perform Laboratory housekeeping and laboratory inventory check/ordering to support testing
- Perform preventive maintenance on laboratory equipment.
- Support validation/qualification for microbiological testing and laboratory equipment
- Assure that all required documentation including records and logs, is complete and accurate according to the current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). File and archive laboratory records and data in accordance with GMPs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- General lab support.

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Diploma in Biotechnology, Science, Applied Science or a related discipline.
- Preferably with 1 year of related experience in microbiological testing in a manufacturing environment. Open to fresh graduates with experience in microbiology lab.
- Experience in the manufacturing of medical devices and/or pharmaceuticals would be a plus.
- Ability to follow written procedures and document results in a neat and precise manner.
