Programme Senior Executive, Cybersecurity Innovation

NUS Enterprise is the Innovation & Entrepreneurial arm of National University of Singapore (NUS). The Ecosystem Building team operates one of the most extensive startup ecosystems in the world, leveraging on world-class research and innovation capabilities twinned with market connectivity through our regional and global nodes.
We are recruiting the pioneering team for our CyberSG Talent, Innovation and Growth (TIG) Collaboration Centre, established in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA). The Centre serves as a convening platform to integrate and create cybersecurity programmes for industry and talent development in Singapore, and serves as a global node for international cooperation on innovation. It will help build a vibrant cybersecurity ecosystem by bringing together local and international cybersecurity stakeholders, including industry, academia, cybersecurity professionals and government stakeholders to leverage the opportunities posed by digitalisation. **Responsibilities**:
We are currently hiring an executive/senior executive to support our Cybersecurity Innovation pillar that includes:
- Serve as the first line of operational contact for our flagship Cybersecurity Industry Call for Innovation (CyberCall) programme.
- Proactively create positive engagement experience through touch points with partners, programme participants and stakeholders that you may come into contact with.
- Support outreach to potential partners for CyberCall
- Perform coordination and administrative duties as necessary to support relevant programme operations.
- Track and update documentation and data relevant to your duties.
**Qualifications**
- Positive energy and enjoy interacting with people.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Take ownership in managing operational and administrative tasks independently (we are really open to suggestions to improve processes too)
- Collaborate with the programme team in delivering shared outcomes, uphold and contribute to the development of our core operational workflows.
- Meticulous in detail for logistics and documentation tasks.
