NUS Enterprise is the Innovation & Entrepreneurial arm of National University of Singapore (NUS). The Ecosystem Building team operates one of the most extensive startup ecosystems in the world, leveraging on world-class research and innovation capabilities twinned with market connectivity through our regional and global nodes.
We are recruiting the pioneering team for our CyberSG Talent, Innovation and Growth (TIG) Collaboration Centre, established in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA). The Centre serves as a convening platform to integrate and create cybersecurity programmes for industry and talent development in Singapore, and serves as a global node for international cooperation on innovation. It will help build a vibrant cybersecurity ecosystem by bringing together local and international cybersecurity stakeholders, including industry, academia, cybersecurity professionals and government stakeholders to leverage the opportunities posed by digitalisation. We are currently hiring an executive/senior executive to support our Innovation (Venture Development) pillar. In this role, you will:
- Serving as the first line of operational contact for venture development programmes
- Proactively creating positive engagement experiences through touch points with partners, programme participants and stakeholders that you may encounter
- Conduct market research to identify potential ecosystem partners
- Support outreach to potential partners for venture programmes and activities
- Assist in organising events, workshops and networking sessions
- Assist in regular reporting on the progress and outcomes of the programme
- Provide logístical and administrative support to ensure a smooth programme delivery
- Track and update documentation and data relevant to your duties
**Qualifications**
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Good organisation and administrative skill
- Meticulous in handling logistics and documentation tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to a fast -paced environment.
- Track record related to entrepreneurship, startups and venture capital particularly in programme or project management would be advantageous
