In whatever ways users interact with us — whether they're watching videos on their For You page, interacting with a Live video, or buying products on TikTok Shop — GSO protects their data and privacy, so they can have a secure and trustworthy experience. **Key Responsibilities**: - Act as a key liaison between the IAM teams in the US and Singapore and various IT and business units in China and the Singapore region to drive the IAM program forward. - Work closely with IAM product teams developing in-house solutions across Authentication, Authorization, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Secrets Management to deliver robust and scalable IAM capabilities. - Support internal and external audits by ensuring appropriate access controls are in place and well-documented, and by providing necessary evidence for compliance. - Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members, fostering knowledge-sharing and skill development. **Qualifications**: **Minimum Qualifications**: - In-depth understanding of core IAM domains, including Authentication, Authorization, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Threat Detection & Response (ITDR). - Proven experience in designing and deploying IAM solutions in large-scale, complex enterprise environments. - Hands-on experience designing and building IAM capabilities, particularly in the Authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO) domain. - Strong familiarity with cloud-based IAM and PAM solutions across Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Proficiency in scripting and automation, using tools such as PowerShell, Python, and RESTful APIs to integrate and streamline IAM workflows. - Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships with globally distributed teams and influence roadmaps to deliver impactful IAM solutions. - Experience leading and mentoring a technical team of 3-5 developers and analysts, providing direction, oversight, and guidance. **Preferred Qualifications**: - 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or IT Infrastructure, with at least 3 years of focused experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM). - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical discipline. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively with cross-regional, global teams. - Hands-on software development experience in IAM, including the design and implementation of IAM features or tools.
