Senior Executive, Admissions, Electives and

Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) is looking for a Senior Executive who is resourceful, thrives in complexity and works well in a team.
The Senior Executive, Admissions, Projects and Electives will play a key role mainly in, but not limited to the following:
Admissions:
- Support the overall admissions cycle for the undergraduate MBBS degree programme
- Work as a team to plan, organise and implement the Multiple Mini Interviews (Admissions interviews)
- Assist in managing the offer and acceptance numbers to meet admissions target
- Handle admissions and programme-related queries from prospective students, and participate in LKCMedicine outreach events
Student-Researcher Immersion Prgramme (SRIP)
- Manage the end-to-end administration of the SRIP
Electives
- Support the administration of incoming and outgoing student elective programmes
Policies, Systems and Procedures
- Support audit
- Knowledgeable on NTU and LKCMedicine student travel policies
- Support the digitalisation of work processes
- Assist to update Standard Operating Procedures within job scope
Administration
- Assist in LKCMedicine events as rostered
- Other department level administrative tasks
**Requirements**:
- A recognised degree in any discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in education administration
- Experience in handling student exchange, preferably gained in a higher education institution will be an advantage.
- Experience with data management
- Resilient, meticulous and analytical
- Ability to multi-task and work independently under time pressure
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
This is a 3 years contract appointment.
