The Design Department aims to develop and deliver learning programmes that equip learners with design skills that will empower them to create unique solutions to a broad spectrum of social and business challenges. We are looking for a full-time who will play a key role in delivering exciting and enriching learning experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering a range of modules in the school's design courses
- Facilitate learning for students, including lecturing, project supervision, mentoring of students, and providing career guidance;
- Assist in developing industry-driven courses that equip students for a broad spectrum of design-related roles;
- Engage with industry stakeholders and professional bodies to ensure relevance and alignment to emerging trends and future needs;
- Monitor and evaluate course delivery and assessment for academic quality assurance;
- Implement innovative learning methods and make effective use of educational technology;
- Organise out-of-classroom activities to contribute to holistic education;
- Review, formulate and implement processes and initiatives for continual improvement

**Requirements**:

- At least a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design, Experience Design, UI/UX Design or other related fields
- At least 3 years of working experience in related fields
- Passionate about delivering innovative and engaging learning experiences
- Enjoy working in a small and dynamic team to support organisational goals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with creative approaches to challenges

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,300.00 - $4,000.00 per month

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (required)
