**Responsibilities**
- Handle end to end administration and payments processing of investment products including mutual funds, securities and bonds
- Cheques administration (Issuance, Reissuance, going to banks branches)
- Ensure all payments to clients and counterparties are settled effectively within cut off times
- Track and reconcile clients’ payments and transactions
- Perform pre and post settlements reconciliations
- Participate in User Acceptance Testings and monthly systems deployment
- Administrative matters (photocopying, scanning, opening of letters, archiving of documents)
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel is a must
- Detailed, meticulous and able to work well in a fast pace environment
- Comfortable with desk bound duties and willingness to learn
- Strong sense of responsibility with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Willing to work on Rotating Shift or on Singapore Public Holiday when necessary
