*Seeking for a Settlements Executive with minimum 2 years of hands-on Settlements experience in a Commodities Trading company dealing with Gas/Power/Concentrates/Metals/Oil*

**THE COMPANY**

Entrenched within their specialized markets, this company seeks to exceptionally push their own boundaries. Currently, they are currently seeking for a Settlements Executive to be part of the Operations team.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Check and update new customers’ bank details
- Deal with payables and receivables i.e. Check payments and receivables vouchers against invoices, shipping documents and approve payments
- Resolve any potential delays of AP and AR process
- Ensure prompt payment and receivables received
- Perform LOI redemption/track shipping documents
- Involve in any projects relating to settlements function
- Work closely with counterparties other relevant departments

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma or Degree in International Finance/International Shipping/Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Settlements experience in a Commodities Trading company dealing with Oil/Dry bulk
- Knowledge of shipping terms/Incoterms and physical trading Contract terms
- Organized, meticulous, has good interpersonal and communication skills
