The In-Store VIP Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the store’s top-tier clientele to drive sales, brand loyalty, and an exceptional personalized experience. This role plays a key part in the store’s clienteling strategy, ensuring high-value customers receive white-glove service aligned with the brand’s standards of excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with VIP clients.
Maintain a comprehensive VIP database with purchase history, preferences, and key milestones (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.).
Provide tailored styling advice and product recommendations based on customer profiles.
- **Sales Performance**:
Drive store revenue by increasing VIP client frequency and average transaction value.
Partner with the sales team to maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Track and analyze VIP KPIs and report on performance regularly.
- **Clienteling Strategy & Execution**:
Organize private appointments, exclusive previews, and in-store experiences.
Coordinate and host VIP events (trunk shows, product launches, etc.) to enhance engagement.
Ensure exceptional pre
- and post-sale service, including special orders and follow-ups.
- **Team Collaboration**:
Train and coach sales associates on clienteling best practices.
Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and CRM teams to identify and target VIP clients effectively.
- **Brand Representation**:
Serve as a brand ambassador and uphold luxury service standards at all times.
Stay informed about new products, trends, and brand campaigns to communicate confidently with VIPs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a client-facing role.
- Proven track record in managing high-net-worth clients and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Strong organizational and CRM management skills.
- Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and delivering high-touch experiences.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of local luxury clientele demographics and preferences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and events as needed.
