Marketing Communications Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital strategy framework, ensuring all initiatives are digitally led
- Ensure the market’s digital interactions with customers maximize business results generation and brand value creation (i.e. traffic, leads, test drives, service bookings, conversions, brand experience etc.)
- Drive Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy and support markets to evolve capabilities, with on-going monitoring of performance and progress
- Lead digital testing and data analysis to identify insights and customer needs to better develop customer journeys
- Build measurement structure to allow understanding of results of every activation / development
- Supervise digital content across all channels and share best practices
- Monitor and track marketing automation and support markets in maximizing performance
- Drive continuous improvement and capabilities enhancement of Salesforce marketing automation (journeys)
- Undertake any ad-hoc tasks

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Marketing or relevant field
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in retail ecommerce in a multichannel environment, preferably managing high-end products
- At least 2 years of relevant and sound people-management experience. Comfortable with managing a small team
- An enthusiastic advocate for all things digital and a demonstrated ability to deliver results/change drive by insights from data
- Result driven with a good understanding of Demand Generation: search - covering both SEO & Search Enginge Marketing (SEM) approaches to leveraging Social for branding, sales driven campaigns or customer service
- Someone that understands digital best practice: Mobile optimization, designing customer journeys and optimizing conversion rates
- Proactive, engaging, goal focused, resourceful, creative and analytical
- Possess strong leadership and accountability for his/her actions and the team
