**Firestone Bakery** specialises in high-quality Artisan Sourdoughs and Viennoiseries made from all natural and premium ingredients using traditional methods. We bake in small batches, focusing on quality over quantity. Currently, we're a small team of passionate individuals that love food and love creating new unique baked products. We're looking for passionate and hardworking **Retail Sales Associates** to join and expand our family

**Job Scope**:

- Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
- Assist in managing monthly inventory
- Keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
- Perform excellent customer service and selling skills
- Must also be able to deal with customer courteously and professionally
- Must be able to train and groom junior team members to required standards and guide them to eventually take on bigger roles.
- Must be able to perform in a fast paced, busy environment with attention to details.
- Arrange the daily orders to ensure all orders have been placed.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in F&B, Hospitality preferred but others are also welcomed to apply.
- Basic computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays (44 hour work week).
- Possess pleasant personality and is a great team player.
- Willingness to learn and be able to work indepedently.
- Has the drive and desire to grow both professionally and personally in the company.
- Possess the passion for providing hospitality and ensuring guest satisfaction.
