We are now expanding our team in Singapore and seeking a Retail Sales Associates who shares our passion for spreading warmth and happiness to our customers. Job Description As a Retail Sales Associates, you will represent the McHugs brand in retail stores, ensuring our plush toys are beautifully presented and well-stocked. You will play a key role in showcasing our story to customers while driving sales and enhancing the shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Arrange and display McHugs plush toys in an attractive and engaging way to maximize visibility and sales. Monitor inventory levels, replenish shelves, and report stock needs promptly. Support promotional campaigns and set up point-of-sale displays. Share product knowledge and assist customers in finding their perfect McHugs companion. Collaborate with store staff and the McHugs team to ensure smooth daily operations. Prepare and submit regular sales and stock reports to management. Requirements No minimum education required (GCE 'N'/'O' Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualifications are an advantage). Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or promotions is preferred (training will be provided). Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physically able to handle light stocking and display setup. Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently. Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (roster-based). Working Hours & Location 5–6 days per week, retail hours (including weekends and public holidays). Work locations: Major retail stores in Singapore (e.g., Suntec city, Bugis Junction). Salary & Benefits Monthly Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,800 (depending on experience).
