**Key Responsibilities**
- Process purchase orders, raise COP forms, and perform stock reservations.
- Issue purchase requisitions for equipment and accessories; submit for approval.
- Communicate with customers, manufacturers, and suppliers to track shipments.
- Expedite receivables, deliverables, and prepare material take-off schedules.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics for timely delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries on prices, stock, and complaints; ensure follow-up.
- Assist in drafting proposals, quotations, and price negotiations.
- Maintain organized filing and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Organize and coordinate events like exhibitions, seminars, and dealer meetings.
- Prepare marketing collaterals and update website content.
- Liaise with trade magazines and media agencies as needed.
