HR Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Organize and maintain personnel records of employee in the server and on Infotech
2 Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or annual leave) in the excel and Infotech
3 Work Pass Application, Renewal and Cancellation for Foreign Workers
4 Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
5 Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues
6 Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and salary payment)
7 Handle Leave, Medical Records, Work Injury Records, Training Records
8 Verifying in monthly times attendance
9 Arranging and coordination of necessary BCA required courses (ie BCSS, CoreTrade)
10 Assist in providing audit samples for HR related
**REQUIREMENTS**:
1 Possess ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
2 Able to multitask

1 5.5 working days (Mon - Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Alt. Sat: 8.30am to 1pm)
2 Office is in Kaki Bukit
3 Work life balance
4 Software is Infotech and excel
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
