Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Services Engineer located in Singapore. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for field service, troubleshooting, technical support, preventive maintenance, and providing excellent customer service

Job Purpose:

- Provide instruments and equipment services, including installation, basic training, preventative maintenance, repair, and compliance services.
- Provide up-to-date service reporting on customer activities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers in your assigned territory.

Field Service, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Ability to write graphic control system /PLC program / SQL will be considered for software position.

Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Experience in the semiconductor industry is an added advantage.

Experience in AMC/THC related field will be an added advantage
