The СЕО, Sun Life Singapore will be leading the strategic and operational aspects of Sun Life Singapore business through a long-term sustainable business model. The goal is to create organic growth while delivering on profit objectives. Specifically, this executive is responsible for:

- Setting and executing the strategic plan in Singapore to develop а market-driven, profitable product portfolio.
- Overseeing full profit and loss for Sun Life Singapore, including but not limited to investment decisions, rate and restriction determinations and budget-setting.
- Working with finance and actuarial teams to develop а product portfolio that minimizes risk and market volatility while maximizing profitable sales within Singapore.
- Leading the team to formulate the right Client and channel strategy to support the growth of the business.
- Leveraging centralized and local underwriting and service organizations to provide superior risk assessment and customer service results.
- Establishing and ensuring а culture of proactive corporate and legal compliance while demonstrating the highest standards of ethics and business integrity.
- Serve as the primary Sun Life representative to the Government and Regulatory Authorities of Singapore. Oversee and ensure all regulatory reporting is produced and returned to the regulator as required.
- Managing sales, distribution and marketing functions to establish the Sun Life onshore brand in Singapore, to identify market opportunities, increase market share and drive profitable sales.
- Establishing and leading а high performance culture throughout the business to attract and retain top talent at every level and drive business performance.
- Ensuring а sustainable and scalable client-centric ethos within the business by driving client service activity, client-focused decision making and responsiveness to client feedback.
