Director of Sales, Corporate Travel

**Responsibilities**
- **General Management**:As a key management member, you will share the overall responsibilities for the business operations and financial results of the Singapore business; included but not limited to finance, operation, customer service and business development activities;
- **Act as a liaison**: Bridge the communication between headquarter teams and Singapore subsidiaries to cascade strategic initiatives and goals, and monitor the execution process;
- **Strategic Planning**: Identifying opportunities in Singapore market with external partners and internal function teams to formulate unique, sustainable and profitable business model and offerings for local clients, based on in-depth research and analysis about the market;
- **Relationship Management**: Lead the local BD team, in collaboration with HQ functions to source, identify, qualify, contact, counsel and visit strategic local sales channels, business partners, clients and suppliers (including but not limited to airlines, airports, railway companies, car rentals, hotel groups, ERP/OA firms, business travel agencies and etc. ) ;
- Handle Ad-hoc tasks assigned from the business head from time to time;
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication with strong leadership;
- 10 years working experience, including at least 3+ years in mid-senior managerial positions;
- B2B service, SaaS solution, airline/hotel supply chain, customer service, travel management, professional service background a plus;
- Working knowledge of financial statements and basic legal documents;
- Establish and build trust across business functions, levels and departments to facilitate the achievement of shared goals;
- Embrace workplace diversity and different working culture;
- Creativity, social skills, networking skills will be highly valued;
- 20-30% travel, domestic and overseas.
