1. Role Description:
As an Events Services Coordinator specializing in Wedding and Related Activities with a focus on floristry, you will play a pivotal role in creating beautiful and memorable experiences for couples on their special day. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and execute all aspects of floral arrangements and decorations, ensuring that each wedding is personalized to the couple's vision and preferences. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and the events team to deliver exceptional floral designs and top-notch service.

2. Specific Responsibilities:
1. Utilize your creative flair and floral expertise to design and curate stunning floral arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, aisle decorations, and other floral elements that align with the wedding theme and atmosphere.
2. Collaborate with external vendors, such as flower suppliers and growers, to source the highest quality and freshest flowers for each event. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with vendors to ensure seamless execution of floral designs.
3. Coordinate all logístical aspects of floral arrangements, including delivery, setup, and breakdown. Ensure timely transportation and installation of flowers at the wedding venue.
4. Assist clients in creating and adhering to floral budgets. Source cost-effective alternatives without compromising the overall aesthetic to meet budgetary constraints.
5. Work closely with the events team to synchronize floral arrangements with other elements of the wedding, such as venue setup, lighting, and overall decor, to create a harmonious and cohesive experience.
6. Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the planning process, providing updates, progress reports, and addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
