**About the role**:
We are looking for a new colleague that will become a part of our technical team as Senior Process Automation Developer responsible for successful implementation of cutting-edge Robotics Process Automation (RPA). You will be focused on engineering sophisticated RPA solutions to address complex business challenges. As a key player in the team, you will work closely with project leads and business partners, designing and developing automation software, evaluating business requirements, and contributing to the ongoing support and enhancement of the RPA Platform.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Engineer resilient and innovative RPA solutions that align with business strategies and industry best practices.
- Design, document, and manage RPA deployments, ensuring high levels of efficiency, security, and integrity.
- Lead the support of the RPA platform, guiding developers to resolve issues and contributing to a culture of excellence.
- Provide mentorship and training on RPA best practices, exploring new code patterns for improved automation.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a healthy team culture, aligning people, processes, and technology with a DevOps mentality.

**About you and your experience**:
At least 10 years tech delivery experience with large enterprise software implementations/development client side on top of a business development background s with 3 years of experience in RPA Services. This role would be ideal for a tech and business savvy Security SMEs who is hungry to learn and has an appetite for growth and success.
- Postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience with a strong foundation in RPA solution design, development, and operation.
- Significant expertise in maintaining RPA infrastructure, preferably with experience in Automation Anywhere A360.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical information effectively.
- Proven ability to understand business requirements and translate these into effective RPA solutions.
- Experience with database programming and a strong understanding of SQL.
- Demonstrated commitment to learning, embracing new technologies, and self-improvement.
- Desirable: Current certification from a recognized RPA vendor and/or certification in Agile Software Development frameworks.
