**Senior/ Automation Process Engineer (Vaccine Plant)**

Our Client is a global healthcare company aims to improve the quality of human life. The company is one of the leading MNCs in developing and manufacturing drugs, vaccines and consumer healthcare products.

**Responsibilities**:

- To define strategies for validation/ qualification of automated manufacturing processes/ cleaning & sterilization, IOPQ of all automated manufacturing equipment.
- To take charge of all the projects related activities and ensure effective coordination/ communication between the internal and external stakeholders.
- To address and resolve any issues related to quality/ EHS/ GMP documents with the engineers, quality & regulatory professionals, suppliers and vendors.
- To draft, review, recommend and approve all safety and quality related documents.
- To provide in-depth technical supports pertaining to the automated biotechnological manufacturing processes and requirements.
- To execute all project related essentials before the commercial trial run.

**Requirements**:

- Minimally with a Degree in Pharmaceutical/ Process/ / Biochemistry/ Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant working experiences in the automated/ semi-automated biotechnological manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of GMP and automated biotechnological manufacturing equipment & process validations.
- Good knowledge of EHS requirements in the pharmaceutical/ biotechnological manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of Single Use Assembly design and use.
- Good knowledge of production scales that are commonly used in the primary manufacturing equipment/ systems (e.g. Fermenters, disk stack centrifuges, High pressure homogenizer, ultrafiltration system, chromatography columns, buffer preparation vessels & etc.)
- Able to commit to mínimally 20% of work-related travelling with short notice.
- Good knowledge of automation software (Siemens S7, DeltaV), Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Suite and Microsoft Project.

- Ability to work independently with minimum guidance.
- Experience in project bidding is an advantage.
- Ability to converse using French is an advantage.
