Global Trade Compliance Analyst

We are looking for an exceptional **GLOBAL TRADE COMPLIANCE ANALYST **who can
- **Maintain Master Data**:
- Product (HTS / ECCN Classification - Most critical for Master Data)
- Partner (Customers & Suppliers)
- Human Resources (Contingent Workers)
- **Release Export Transactions order on-hold for all region**:
- Denied Party Screening: Customers, Orders, Suppliers, Contingent Workers
- Sales Order & Delivery
- **Export License Compliance & FTA / COO Management**:
- Ensure regulatory compliance with Global regulations as defined by respective government agencies
- Regional expert for SPO/SE Asia and collaborative work with US GTC teams to ensure alignment
- Audit by Asian customs
- Lead internal audits to ensure compliance with applicable global regulations
- Lead all activities relating to customs audits and investigation
**_What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:
- **
- Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- Minimum 3 years of work-related experience in Global Trade Compliance, internal and external audit and supply chain
- Experience in United States, Singapore and other APAC regions export regulations
- Experience with export control compliance and regulations, including the strategic Goods (Control) Act.
- Ability to determine HS code and ECN classification on transactional basis
- Experience with import compliance areas, such as COO determination and record keeping requirements
- Ability to collaborate with multi-functional global teams and drive issues to conclusion
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities to make timely decision while functioning in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong verbal and written communications skills at all levels
