Dear Administrators, We are looking for Part-time Customer Service Officers to work together with us in a great & positive working environment at our tuition centre in the North-East Area, **Sengkang (Sengkang CC)**. - (Students that are interested to gain experience in customer service excellence are welcome to join us)_ Key Responsibilities: - Provide friendly and professional assistance to students, parents, and visitors entering the tuition centre, addressing inquiries about programs, schedules, and services. - Aid in the registration process for new students, including paperwork completion and fee collection. - Maintain a clean shopfront and assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
