Assistant Human Resource Manager

Client is one of Singapore’s leading precast and prefabrication manufacturers.
- Assist in developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Review and manage the benefits program
- Ensure regulatory compliance throughout human resource management
- Stay updated in HR legislation and effects changes or makes recommendations for change to keep the company practices in compliance with the employment laws and guidelines in Singapore
- Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
- Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g., CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor in Business Administration / Management / HRM
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant capacity, preferably in Construction
- To have the knowledge and proficiency with the Timesoft Software
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationship with colleagues
- Strong leadership qualities
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice
**Other Information**
- 5 days week, 8:30am - 6:00pm
