You'll assist the team to support and deliver trust administration services to provide a high standard of customer service to our clients.
**Your New Role**
This list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs:
- Assist with drafting documents from templates, look after document management and perform basic trust administration duties
- Prepare of initial secretarial matters for new clients
- Prepare documents for closing and archiving
- Update data in the system
- Prepare draft invoices and credit notes
- Draft cover letters for mailing to clients
- Check files to retrieve past correspondences
- Perform administrative duties such as scanning, photocopying and filling
- Inter-departmental communication and correspondences
- Work closely with other team members on special ad-hoc projects
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures
**What will you need to succeed in this role?**
As to be expected, we are searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team. As such, there are a few essential skills we are looking for:
- Familiar or has an educational and/or professional background in business, legal or accounting with an interest in developing a career as a trust professional
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a similar industry (desirable)
