**Responsibilities**
- Support the division to drive the strategic planning (Long-term and annual planning) process and cascading plans across the institution
- Perform analysis to identify organisational effectiveness, strengths and weaknesses
- Coordinate, consolidate and integrate the different sources of information for communication to management and/or seed discussions at management meetings
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate and streamline work planning with resource planning
- Support in the development, review and communication of policies, frameworks and processes
- Support in the data analysis of key performance indicators for communication to management through regular updates/reports
- Support the division’s involvement in the preparation of the periodic reports to the management and Board of Trustees and government bodies.
- Participate in working groups / projects (e.g., Data Security & Protection) and assist in the implementation of the initiatives
- Provide secretariat support for key management level meetings
- Preparation of presentation slides for Senior Management and materials for senior management-level meetings
- Any other projects or tasks as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline
- Relevant experience in strategic planning, policy development and formulation work preferred
- Experience in environmental scanning an added advantage
- Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong planning and organisational abilities
- Good writing, presentation and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- High level of flexibility and a positive attitude to innovate and change
- Self-driven and proactive
- A good team player and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
