We are looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to drive quality awareness, train and support the implementation of Quality Management System at SG Head Office. In this role, you will coordinate, drive and support compliance with the Quality Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards across the value chain in SG Head Office. You will support RA in communicating and collaborating with authority when dealing with consumer complaints and participate in I&R processes to facilitate decision-making and assist in timely launches of product.

**A day in the life of...**
- Drive and participate in all aspects of Quality Management System. To coordinate activities, review and update Quality procedure.
- Manage Approval of Premiums and Product Transformation
- Provide support to Businesses to resolve/manage quality/food safety issues
- Provide support to Consumer Services to resolve consumer complaints
- Conduct audits of sampling activities at events to ensure compliance with Nestle requirements
- Ensure compliance to standards for relabeling and stickered products
- Conduct Warehouse and Distributor audits
- Plan and conduct Retail Quality Assessment (RQA)
- Implement safety and environment practices in the workplace.

**What will make you successful**
- University graduate or equivalent (preferred microbiology or food science)
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field
- Experience in quality assurance in a fast-paced FMCG environment preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight timelines.
- Strong team player, excellent communication/relational and stakeholder management skills
