Position: Regional Sales Manager

**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday, office hours

**Salary Package**:Negotiable (Basic + Bonus etc.)

**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible for product marketing and sales penetration to new accounts
- Create new business opportunities in existing & new markets
- Develop sales strategies to enhance market share and meet KPI
- Pre and post-sales activities
- Manage Sales and Support Team

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or Business / Marketing
- 3- 5 years of experience in System/Equipment Sales to the Electronics Industry
- Must have proven track records of winning major deals/achieving sales target
- Knowledge in PCBA & Semicon manufacturing process preferred
- Product Knowledge in AOI, AXI, Electrical Testing will be an added advantage
- Familiar with the PCBA & Semicon industries in Singapore & Indonesia
- Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
- Independent and self-driven
- Strong team player with integrity and commitment
- Proficient in English & Chinese
