**About Us**:
Ginga provides a comprehensives range of broking services for the energy market. We cover both OTC and exchange-listed futures across oil, gas, petrochemicals, biofuels, palm oil and rubber. Our hybrid offering includes both traditional voice broking, as well as electronic execution. In 2019, Ginga was acquired by GFI Asia Holdings, which is division of BGC Partners.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for providing timely and accurate broking services to our clients in the Singapore and Mainland China Naphtha market
- Manage and execute client order properly through our system
- Business development, negotiate and close deals for SG & China market
- Compile, organize and maintain records of business transaction
- Calculate dealing prices in accordance with Company policies
- maintain strong relationship with our existing clients
- Business development into prospective clients and any other potential revenue-generating markets
- Work closely with front office and back-office staff to resolve client queries
- Update desk members on previous day trades and any broking issues
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the respective Managers
**Job Requirements**:
- Fluent communications in Chinese Mandarin is required
- Any prior experience living in or working with Mainland China market is preferred
- Prior broking or financial sales experience is preferred
- Prior exposure to the Naphtha market is preferred (any other products is a plus)
- Degree holder or similar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work well under pressure
