- Familiarity with ITIL concepts and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer).
- Experience with ServiceNow integration with third-party systems.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
