Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and analytical ServiceNow Developer with exceptional coding abilities and strong problem-solving aptitude. The ideal candidate will have a passion for clean code, platform optimization, and scalable solution design. You will be responsible for building robust, efficient, and maintainable solutions across various ServiceNow modules and applications.
Responsibilities
Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications using best-in-class coding practices.
Create and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Flow Designer logic.
Build scalable integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
Collaborate with architects and business analysts to design efficient technical solutions.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and refactor legacy scripts.
Maintain code quality, documentation, and adhere to governance standards.
Participate in peer code reviews, solution design discussions, and sprint planning sessions.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform components including Scoped Apps, ACLs, Scripted APIs, and Flow Designer.
Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP), data transformations, and background jobs.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Ability to write clean, modular, and reusable code.
Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments.
