Insights & Analytics Lead, Ipc Adult & Feminine Care (Afc)

The Consumer Insights and Analytics Team operates at the heart of our business, partnering and challenging current thinking and proactively moving business forward and driving profitable growth. The Consumer Insights role lies within the IPC (International Personal Care) Insights and Analytics structure, partnering with local IPC Marketing Category teams.

This individual serves as the most senior expert in the insight & analytics capacity for IPC Adult and Feminine Care (AFC); driving elevated thinking and practices across 4 knowledge platform areas, driving consumer closeness and actionable business insights, driving performance through setting standards, and driving innovative approaches and accelerating a modern data-driven approach at the segment level for IPC AFC business across both Adult & Feminine Care Sectors.

**Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities**:
**Raise the bar on Insights & Analytics for IPC BCC**
- Advance best-in-class insights against 4 knowledge platform areas: Profiling Consumers, Identifying unmet needs, Assessing Ideas/Concepts, Measure Performance
- Bridge between business challenge, consumer challenge and research methodology to uncover new insights. Using a range of syndicated and unstructured data plus custom research and agile methodologies
- Oversee high quality research independently (research proposal, agency management, course correct where needed) without much support
- Sets standards and guidelines for research in segment and works in partnership with ABUs; innovate on ways of research.
- Owns external key partner relationship e.g. Nielsen
- Performs translator role working with data scientists to ensure analytics are business and outcome-oriented.

**Essential Requirements**

**Background / Education**
- 15+ years of deep experience in Insights & Analytics leadership for highly matrix organizations
- Track record of leveraging Insights for delivering strategic business leadership and sustained competitive advantage.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; graduate degree preferred
