Singapore NTS AMEGA WEST SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Full time

Implement and maintain NTS Group QHSE Mgmt System, ensure communication and adherence by all applicable personnel.

Manage NCRs, Concessions, Deviations, Customer Complaints, Process Improvements, including the use of Root Cause Analysis and review of effectiveness of actions implemented.

Work closely with QM - APME and Group QHSE & DM on activities relating to Audits, MOCs, Risk Assessment/Contingency Planning and Management Review.

Provide Training/Awareness as required, ensuring sign off and analysing the effectiveness. Attend and participate in all training provided by Company

Oversee the QC Inspection Requirements and ensure that Shopfloor/Customer Deadlines are met.

This includes incoming inspection of Customer parts, Source Inspection/Subcon, in process inspection, final job inspection, pre-despatch inspection and any other inspection requested by Management.

Oversee the Contract Review process and Pre-production Meetings relating to Inspection. Liaise with QHSE Engineer to ensure that complete job-walk thru activities against Customer requirements is completed. This shall include the review of the following as a minimum:
Product Acceptance Criteria, Inspector’s Competency Requirement, Availability of Measuring Instruments, Inspection Techniques, Bubble Drawings and Inspection Report Templates.
