Mechanical QC Inspector

In this role, you will:

- Perform QC inspection according to the design and stated standard
-- Generate measure data and update into the system
-- Manage non-conformance and liaise with designers and contractors
-- Ensure equipment calibration
-- Ensure inspections are conducted safely in accordance to the risk assessments
-- Assist with metrology and 3D printing operations
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
-- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering & Aerospace Engineering - Experience with advanced inspection equipment/machines (Coordinate Measuring Machine, Vision Measuring Machine and scanner) is preferred - Experience with 3D printing/design is preferred - Attention to details - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Able to read and interpret engineering drawing, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) - Basic knowledge of precision inspection tools is essential - Able to operate advanced measurement equipment/machines after proper training** SKILLS**:DIMENSIONAL INSPECTIONNON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTINGROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS- ** JOB ID**:
