3 years exp **Roles & Responsibilities** The position of Chief Operating Officer delivers the management and exceptional leadership required to optimize the company's current business units and develop the new ones in order to accomplish Brane's strategic goals. The position ensures that each business unit has the required operational and administrative, sales and marketing, backend IT and finance, legal support, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization while maintaining financial strength and operational efficiency. The ideal applicant is organizationally agile, results-oriented, and prefers quick completion and action, as well as a collaborative, constructive, and energetic approach guided by the company's vision and principles. **A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows**: - Create a business culture that is focused on achievement and accountability; - At the head office level, motivate and lead a high-performing management independent contractors team. - Work with independent contractors to improve the sales approach and establish a solid lead stream; - Attract, recruit, and educate independent contractors for new business units and expansion prospects in Singapore and overseas. - Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a customer-focused organization that reflects the company's mission and fundamental values. - Working directly with the CEO, design a strategic plan and drive the firm to reach and exceed sales, profitability, cash flow, and business goals and objectives. - Provide timely, accurate, and thorough reports on the company's and various business divisions' profitability and operational conditions, as well as recommendations for cost-cutting and revenue-boosting improvements; - In collaboration with the CEO, lead the creation, communication, and execution of successful growth plans and procedures. - Collaborate with the management team to establish and implement strategies to ensure the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and staff is scalable to meet our organization's rapid growth goals; - Perform as the company's lead "client-care officer" by making direct contact with prospective clients and partners, as well as representing the company to clients, business partners, and potential investors. **Key Measures of Success**: - Creating a strategic development plan for the company in Singapore, regionally, and eventually worldwide. - Financial forecasts; - Team development and performance — professional development of employees - Budgeting and financial flow management - Providing information to the CEO; - Ensuring effective administration of accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and addressing payment concerns; - Financial performance and company strategy - strategic plan, revenue maximization, financial compliance, and cost control - Ensuring that each independent contractor team member is aware of the company's mission and values, as well as their role within the Core Collective team. - Ensuring that Core Collective's processes and operations are efficient and effective to provide frictionless access to the platform for both members and professionals. - Customer service quality - both as a resident and as a member; - Engaging, inspiring, and supporting all employees, including performance management; ensuring team output quality control; - Supporting larger projects, such as growth into new locations and nations. - Securing the seamless functioning of all parts of the Core Collective's day-to-day operations to ensure that they properly support and strengthen the Core Collective brand proposition; - Personnel recruitment and termination; - Ensuring that customer service excellence is ingrained in Core Collective's business systems, procedures, and team. - Operational excellence - high NPS, mínimal staff needs, cost efficiencies; - Assist with problem-solving and process optimization. **Value Add of Position**: Successful representation of the Company and Founder in all operational and tactical affairs, the applicant must have an unquestionable personal code of integrity, ethics, trust, fidelity, and discretion. Taking all required actions to realize the maximum potential and profitability capabilities of each business synergistically with the larger group to deliver on the company's vision; Be organizationally agile to influence and secure buy-in from stakeholders, particularly for organization-wide change initiatives.
