**Responsibilities**:

- Own the entire operations strategy, implementation, and team;
- Define, measure and improve KPIs for core ops, marketing, and sales;
- Hire, grow and work with a top notch local operations team starting with SG and other SEA markets;
- Liaise with product, technology to move things forward;
- Constant communications with peers in Australia, Europe, Middle East, Latin America and Japan to share and implement best practices;
- Travel if necessary

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years experience in running entire operations in a fast moving, ambiguous startup environment, in the capacity of GM or COO;
- Ideally but not necessarily with platforms/marketplaces where merchants/sellers are involved;
- Experience with expansion into new markets would be an advantage;
- Confidence to lead, and launch things from scratch within a fast moving environment;
- Bachelor degree, ideally in a science or engineering discipline;
- Self-motivated, competitive, ambitious, adaptable, result-oriented.
- Humble leader and team player, good with customers and partners.
