Energy is our future, save it. **Responsibilities** - Assist in implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), part of IMS. - Support in the development of Quality management system procedures, and communications of system updates and procedures. - Assist to manage and ensure all quality processes are in compliance to Standards and Company's requirements - Lead Document controller for the IMS system - Assist in the review of QMS processes and workflow to meet operational needs - Facilitate both internal and external audits, monitor and continuous improvement - Conduct audits and compliance checks to assess QMS performance, identify areas for continuous improvement - Liaise with both internal and external parties on QMS related issue - Support company’s business effort and projects for client engagement and support, assist in the tender bidding - Participate in project, work studies, company-wide activities and continuous improvement initiatives - Administer, monitor and track the Regional Due Diligence process. - Interface with entities professionals & provide support and improve the quality process performance, data analysis developing lessons learnt communications. - Support Develop in house training material/video, organise and maintain records. **Requirements**: - Degree in Engineering or equivalent - 2-3 years of work experience in Quality related work, preferably ISO9001 Internal Auditor certified - Resourceful and process good problem-solving skills - Self-motivated and able to work well in a team - Has a good safety mindset and display good WSH behaviour **When you join ENGIE, you will have access to**: - The opportunity to have a meaningful job where you can make a difference - A career management plan with opportunities to grow in an international environment - Attractive and competitive package - Dynamic and inclusive work environment - Continuously evolve as a professional, coupled with a variety of training opportunities - Business Unit: GBU Energy Solutions- Division: ESI AMEA - South East Asia - Singapore- Legal Entity: ENGIE South East Asia Pte.
