**Responsibilities**:
Overall focus area: Multi-layered medical security system, innovative financing models (i.e., commercial health insurance), and market access strategy for clients, including pharmaceuticals and medical devices companies, healthcare providers organizations, commercial health insurance companies, healthcare innovation companies, and relevant international organizations.

Work scope:

- Industry research:

- Monitor and track the pharmaceutical and MedTech industry trends, including relevant policies, changes in supply and demand, industry landscape, etc.
- Conduct basic research on industry and international and domestic client segments, including preliminary market research, and providing feasible solutions recommendation
- Full participation in research projects within the Asia-Pacific region
- produce English writing materials required by project development, including but not limited to proposals, planning documents, consulting reports, white papers, etc.
- Consulting projects:

- Participate in consulting projects, from proposal to delivery, including desk research, data collection, internal and external expert interviews, text/PPT report production, etc.
- Participate in communication with selected international consulting partners, build and maintain relationships.
- Manage project progress and output quality according to project work plan and requirements, and maintain timely and good communication with other project team members.

Others: Support the daily operation of the project, meeting coordination and record keeping, and maintain good communication and collaboration with other business units within the company.

**Job Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor degree or above from acknowledged universities, with background in biomedicine and public health. Versatile backgrounds in economic and management, or working experience in medical and health field is preferred.
- Working experience: 2 years or more work experience, with preliminary understanding and research on pharmaceutical industry. Work experience in consulting company is preferred.
- Preferred Qualities: Strong information gathering skills, logical thinking skills, analytical and judgment skills, oral and written expression skills and interpersonal communication skills, responsible and punctual, able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Other skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite software products, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.; with solid English oral and writing skills; Chinese proficient is preferred.
