**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate building maintenance work such as air-conditioning, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, building, plumbing and sanitary systems and general services
- Assign and manage vendors in the execution of facility management and housekeeping activities
- Carry out preventive maintenance of properties and attend to all minor work request assigned by the reporting manager
- Respond and attend to all breakdowns and fault calls
- Carry out incidental minor repairs work with hand tools in the facility
- Ensure the facility adheres to UPS safety standards, meets regulatory guidelines and protects UPS employees and contractors
- Conduct system inspections.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
- Excellent communication skills
