**About GlobalFoundries**

**Job Sumnary**

GlobalFoundries seeks a Finance Analyst within its Capital Finance team. This position will support tracking and monitoring of enterprise capital incentives & recoveries. This role will require the ability to work effectively across many regions and cross-functionally.

**Your Job**:

- Monitor and report on the commitments of each grant relative to plan
- Develop standardized tracking methodologies and templates to enable reporting automation
- Partner with project owners to drive accountability and compliance at a project level
- Work with program finance owners to ensure accuracy of accruals, forecasting, and cash flow modeling
- Support ROI analysis for new grant opportunities and drive socialization of incentives to business owners
- Collaborate across departments to share pertinent information as needed
- Standardize balance sheet recons
- Develop reporting solutions (PowerBi, Anaplan, Excel) to enable efficient reporting of Incentives & Recoveries
- Drive process improvement and standardization

**Required Qualifications**:

- BA/BS in Finance or Accounting
- Demonstrate strong accounting and financial analysis skills
- Action oriented with the ability to distill complex agreements
- Ability to meet work and project deadlines in a timely fashion with high quality output
- Strong PC skills and excellence in Microsoft suite
- Problem-solver - guiding, implementing, and sustaining process excellence
