You love to work in an international environment on an abundance of challenges? Join our Jungheinrich Academy Team APAC to contribute to our strive to excellent After Sales in Asia/Pacific. Train our international teams of Technicians on Jungheinrich Technology from Basics up to VNA (Very Narrow Aisle truck) level, following corporate methods and standards. Help to establish regional training schedules for technicians from Sales Units and Partner countries throughout the region. Engage and develop our Jungheinrich APAC technicians to be effective and efficient in the fastest growing economies in the world.
**Responsibilities**
- Create, develop and deliver training aligned with Jungheinrich global standards and APAC Academy concepts
- Plan, schedule and conduct international training events and online trainings for Service Technicians from Sales Units and Partner Countries within the region
- Support Sales Units and Partners with additional specialised on-the-job training and assessment
- Closely interlink with colleagues in APAC After Sales units to align training offers with local demands and projects
- Close collaboration with the regional After Sales team to align suitable training offers with upcoming product focuses
- Interlink regional training schedules with local trainings as part of the future APAC training network and major cornerstone of the Jungheinrich APAC Academy
- Participate in an international network of technical trainers
- Bring in new ideas to enhance learning and development of our technical teams in consideration of state of the art technology
- Support product launches for APAC from a technical perspective
- Support the development of an APAC digital learning strategy by working with key users across APAC to align and embed new ways of working and to curate and design digital learning
**Qualification & Experience**
- Several years of professional experience in the field of After Sales and/or technical training
- Knowledge and familiarity with Jungheinrich products is highly desirable.
- Qualified with relevant Train-the-Trainer certifications or equivalent
- High motivation for sharing knowledge and boosting the capability of team-members
- Team player, with the ability to communicate effectively and work with people from different cultural backgrounds
- Able to design and develop program content and facilitate stand up training and learning programs across all levels
- Familiar with adult learning approaches and design principles
- Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit a diverse audience
- Good communication, facilitation, consulting and influencing skills - a relationship builder
- High motivation for self-learning and development
- Fluent English language skills - spoken and written other additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel within APAC and occasionally to Europe
