F&B Trainer | Central Region | Corporate Trainer The Corporate Trainer plays a key role in shaping frontline and new team members through effective delivery of both WSQ and non-WSQ programs. This position supports operational excellence by strengthening service standards, providing hands‐on coaching across outlets, and ensuring consistent learning outcomes through well‐structured training approaches. Working Days: 5‐day work week (2 rest days: one between Mon–Thu and one between Fri–Sun)What You'll Do: Training Facilitation & Assessment: Deliver classroom and practical training on food safety, workplace safety, and other relevant courses; evaluate assessments and ensure lessons meet required learning objectives and internal benchmarks. Operational Coaching & Outlet Support: Work with outlet leadership to guide Service ACEs and mid‐management on performance improvement; provide feedback, conduct promotional and performance assessments, and uphold service quality during operational hours. Support 5–8 operational sessions weekly, depending on needs (sessions include Lunch, High Tea, and Dinner). Standards, Audits & Development Plans: Carry out QA checks, 5S inspections, and service audits alongside department leads; offer updates on outlet progress and implement learning plans that address skills or behaviour gaps. Continuous Improvement & Cross‐Functional Support: Participate in company‐wide initiatives, support on‐the‐job coaching when outlets are not in operation, and assist in projects that enhance training effectiveness and operational consistency. What You Bring: 3 years of managerial experience in the F&B industry is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and motivate service teams. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders. ACTA/ACLP, DACE, or WSET Level 2+ certifications is a plus.
